Why Ice Skating is a Great Activity for Kids
Ice skating is not only a sport in the Olympics or a hockey game. It is fun and a great exercise. It is a great activity for kids because they can strengthen their bones and muscles. The activity pumps the heart for better blood circulation. Their lungs are stretched as they breathe in more oxygen while skating. It also trains the child to keep a good balance. Ice skating enhances the brain of the child to think as he executes his turns, leaps and sliding movement. It is a total body exercise for the child. More importantly, ice skating is lots of fun.
