However the more times you eat at KFC the higher the chances of receiving a special survey receipt.
The special KFCFeedback receipt will have all instructions to go complete the survey. You will need to enter the KFC store number, time and date of visit to commence the survey. The KFC Feedback survey must be completed in full in order to receive a special code. Once you complete the survey and are shown a special code write it down on the KFC Feedback receipt you have. You must go use the special code to redeem your offer within 14 days.
